5. Abandoned Cart Flow (if someone adds to cart, but does not reach the checkout page): A five part flow, generally the second most lucrative flow.

6. Abandoned Checkout Flow (if someone reaches checkout, but does not purchase): A five part series, generally the most lucrative flow.

7. Abandoned Live View (CommentSold Only): A four part series in response to if someone views a live sale, but does not purchase. 

8. Win Back Flow (if a customer hasn't returned in 60 days): A four part flow to regain them as a customer

1. Abandoned Checkout Flow (if someone makes it to checkout, but doesn't purchase): If the customer hasn't purchased in last 45 days, it will offer a discount. If they have purchased in the last 45 days, it will send a reminder (without a discount). By law this flow can only be one message. 

2. Abandoned Browse Flow (if someone views a product, but doesn't make it to checkout): If the customer hasn't purchased in last 45 days, it will offer a discount. If they have purchased in the last 45 days, it will send a reminder (without a discount). By law this flow can only be one message. 

3. Customer Win Back: A two piece message sent out at 21 and 75 days following a purchase (if the customer hasn't purchased since).

4. Loyalty Flow (following a customer purchasing for their fifth time): A single message, including an upsell

5. Welcome Flow: Single message flow, thanking them for joining, introducing yourself and a coupon.
