Glow Group was built by business owners, for business owners. Founder Jane Kasper grew a seven-figure boutique from the ground up, and along the way discovered a passion for making email and text marketing work smarter. After running more than 100 A/B tests on her own automations and building a system that consistently delivered results, Jane founded Glow Group in 2019 to help other business owners do the same.
In 2023, Jane’s twin sister, Kate Horstmann, joined the team, bringing her leadership and operational experience to Glow Group. Together, Jane and Kate also own a boutique, which means they don’t just teach marketing strategies—they use them every day in their own business.
Today, Glow Group has built custom email flows for more than 4,000 boutiques, earned Klaviyo Platinum Partner status, and been named the #1 boutique marketer for five consecutive years. But at our core, we’re still business owners helping other business owners grow—with practical strategies, personal support, and a team that truly gets it.
