How to Create a Text Campaign in Klaviyo

This video tutorial will show you how to create a text campaign in Klaviyo. Items to note:

1. Ensure you are sending within TCPA regulated times.

2. Be sure to send to a segment, not a list.

3. If you are sending an SMS (domestic US), it's one credit. An SMS is less than 160 characters, no emoji and no images.

4. If you send an MMS (domestic US) , it's three credits. An MMS is more than 160 characters, has an an emoji or an image/.gif.video.
